Charles Coody ‘60, the 1971 Masters Champion, known as one of the best iron players ever on the PGA TOUR, is a Texas Golf icon who lends his name to this great event. Founded in the mid-1990’s, the Coody Classic is one of the premier spring charitable events in the DFW Metroplex.
