House painting and repair work for older adults | NSEAM (Near SouthEast And Morningside) is a local non-profit that does repair work, friendly visits, grocery services, etc. for older adults living in the SouthEast and Morningside neighborhoods. It's a block nurse program that aims to keep older adults from prematurely having to move into nursing homes. Here is a link to a recent article about them: Article on NSEAM

LEAPS is an annual, campus-wide day of service which is managed by TCU student leaders. Last fall, over 600 students, faculty and staff volunteered at 23 agencies throughout the Fort Worth Community. Alumni are now invited to join other TCU “family” members on this day of service. Let’s show the campus community what alumni purple pride is all about! |
